Product Introduction
MQ-Turb20 is a turbidity/suspended solids digital sensor that uses RS485 communication interface and standard Modbus protocol. Corrosion resistant shell, IP68 protection level, suitable for various harsh working environments; Using infrared LED as the light source, unaffected by the chromaticity of the water sample; Digital modulation filtering technology to eliminate the influence of ambient light; Long life infrared LED light source, lasting for more than 10 years; RS485 communication interface, standard Modbus protocol, easy to integrate.
Sensor usage, maintenance, and upkeep
1. Sensor cleaning
The sensor comes with a cleaning brush, which is not easy to attach dirt. The cleaning blade can be replaced every 1-2 years;
2. Calibration of sensors
To ensure accurate measurement, regular calibration is required. Clean the sensor thoroughly before calibration. First, calibrate the blank potential of the sensor in pure water, and then calibrate it with standard solution according to the upper and lower limits of the required measurement range. If the measurement range is large, three-point calibration can be used.
3. Storage of sensors
The sensor should be cleaned thoroughly before storage, leaving no residual water. The sensor should be stored in a dry environment.
